Please have your credit or debit card information ready,
as well as your order information.
For those who wish to order through Paypal (you must have a Paypal account
to do this), please send us an e-mail with the following information: 1) The order
number(s) of the photo(s) you wish to have printed; 2) The order number(s) of
any other items you want to purchase; 3) The quantities of each item you wish
to purchase; 4) Your name, mailing address, contact phone number and
Paypal-registered e-mail address.

Once we have this information, we will send you a Paypal invoice with shipping
and/or insurance charges so you can pay for your print(s) or items.
If we have any questions, we will either e-mail or call you.

1. All images on this site are property of and copyrighted by David P. Biggy, and prints
of photos or other products bearing these images may not be resold without the
written consent of David Biggy.

2. By placing an order with Biggy's Photos, Etc., you are obligated to make payment in
full prior to the shipping of any photos or other items purchased from this website.
Failure to make payment within 30 days will result in cancellation of your order.

3. These are digital images which are cropped to the appropriate size, based on the
print size(s) you order, and converted to a print format. Most of the photos purchased
from this website will require processing and matting as well as delivery time.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
Mouse pads and coaster sets also require printing and delivery times.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of such specialty items.

4. All deliveries are made via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
We reserve the right to alter the shipping method, but at no time will another
shipping service be used. USPS Express orders can be made if contacted first.

5. All checks must be made payable to David Biggy, and orders paid by check will
require the bank's clearance of the check prior to shipment.

6. To cancel an order, a customer must e-mail David or Melissa Biggy, or call us toll
free at 1-877-463-6817 and leave a message, prior to shipment. Once shipment is
made, no refunds of any kind will be made unless products are damaged -- in which
case you must contact us immediately.

7. If you have any questions about our ordering process or pricing, or require
other information prior to making a purchase, please e-mail David Biggy at

8. By placing an order with Biggy's Photos, Etc., you do so with the understanding that
you have read these terms and conditions, and assume full responsibility for the
products you order once they are delivered to you. Returning products to us without
contacting us beforehand is prohibited and for which money will not be refunded.

9. Our "Save the Lighthouses" campaign will run through Dec. 25, 2007, and all
purchases made by 11:59 p.m. will qualify for the 10% donation to a lighthouse
organization. We reserve the right to honor or disallow requests made by individuals
regarding which organization they wish their 10% donation to go to.

10. Some items, if they are specially ordered and not part of our current stock, may
need to be printed and placed on temporary back order so we can have the product(s)
made by our printing service.
